Turbo Tough – Tungsten Carbide Tipped Cutter (TCT)
The Turbo Tough cutter is designed to drill a variety of materials
from mild steel to cast iron. Turbo Tough is made from micro grain
carbide powder combined with a cobalt binding agent which gives
the teeth a super strong structure, providing exceptional tool life.
The special Turbo Tough geometry provides even tooth loading
for a vibration free cut. This special geometry allows portable
machines such as our MagBeast 4 & 5 cut holes up to 200mm
diameter.
This is a high titania type of welding electrode for mild steel. It is widely used for
welding sheets of ships, rolling stocks and automobiles, for ornamental surfacing
of thick plates

Applications
Shielded metal arc welding of mild and 490N/mm2 high tensile steels in ships, bridges,
buildings and pressure vessels.
LB-52U
Applications
One-side shielded metal arc welding of pipes and general butt joints of mild steel and
490N/mm2 high tensile steel. For one-side welding.

Applications
Shielded metal arc welding of mild and 490N/mm2 high tensile steels of ships, bridges,
buildings and pressure vessels. For welding of 490N/mm2 high tensile steel.
